1 year of R & D at TATA Refractories, Belpahar, Orissa, India (1990-1991)
15 years of  R&D at  CTI, BHEL, Bangalore, India ( Since Oct 1991)

UNIDO  Fellow at Alfred University, USA (1993)

UNESCO Researcher at  Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan (1999-2000)

Visiting Researcher at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan (2002-2006)
